The table top surface is sticky and obviously not clean,the toilet floor is sticky to the sole of the shoe..the equipment needs updating

The guy at the desk was fine but the hotel is super manky. Smelled so strongly of mildew I couldn't breathe and the toilet had someone's... uhm...leavings... on the seat. Checked into a different hotel because this one was so bad. No refund, of course.

Overall wasnt happy with the stay. Old and dated rooms, pillows were paper thin. Shower head broken staff member was rude. Extremely loud and neighboring rooms were arguing each night. Checked out early

Good place shame about wifi.
This was in a good location for our 2 night stay in Picton. It’s close to the ferry terminal and all the shops and eateries. We ate at The Barn next door and got a discount! The room was good with a comfy bed, good linen and everything we needed. Clean bathroom but no where in the shower to put your things. Room was warm with a little heater provided. Wifi was very slow - not sure if this is a local issue though. Visitors need good wifi these days! Apart from that a great place to stay.

The location was really good, in middle of main street. Convenient parking space. The room was clean but had an old musty smell. The tiles in bathroom were freezing on our feet!

The unit has no WiFi signal due to the distance to WiFi source and staff not willing to switch to any room closer. She insisted we have to pay more to a room closer since it is an upgrade.
