"This hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, it was a short walking distance (5-10 min) from both the train station we frequently used & the main piazza with shopping and dining areas. I would stay here again for my next trip to Genova. They also provided free bottled water both still and sparkling to us for our entire stay which was very much appreciated in the middle of July. "

"Luca met us at the door, he was expecting us. He explained the room well and was very attentive when we whatsapped questions, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the room spacious and the bathroom was lovely too, close to the train station for further travel and close to main shopping street if you need anything"

"Very helpful when we arrived (too early for check-in)--they let us store our bags there while we went out and about and gave us a map that they marked up to show where we were and where we said we wanted to go.
