Look somewhere else in Pazza Armerina.

Very mixed experience. The hotel is centrally placed for Piazza Armerina. Clearly much money has been spent on the inside but it is at best a 2*. Had difficulty raising reception on arrival. Eventually a chamber maid arrived to do this. There was no room cleaning. Had to ask twice for toilet paper. No bathroom cleaning. No bed making. Breakfast was truly laughable. Street parking for which you are reimbursed to be fair. Eventually threw the towel in after 2 days. We were then told there was a penalty for leaving early despite the fact we had PRE PAID for 4 days. Had a real tussle about that one. Two kids basically running the hotel. They were very nice but had no idea what running a hotel entails. Look further!

L'hôtel est facile d'accès en voiture (parking gratuit à proximité : 30 Via Generale Muscarà), pas loin du centre historique de Piazza Armerina à pied. Le personnel ne parle pas français, et parle pas très bien anglais. Petit déjeuner pas terrible : pâtisseries industrielle, biscottes, jus de fruits artificiels... Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

In effetti un problema c'e' stato perche' a causa di un disguido l'hotel era in overbooking. Il gestore ha provveduto a riproteggerci in una struttura a poca distanza e di ottima qualita'. Non posso quindi fare altri commenti.

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel Conte Ruggero è stato davvero confortevole, la posizione centralissima e il parcheggio proprio davanti l'entrata dell'Hotel. Staff gentile e competente.
