"Nice area with lots of surrounding options for dining, walking or shopping. Located right in the middle of the town. The hosts were cordial and communicative and also very welcoming. The property itself is different from the pictures advertised, not sure why, but the overall experience was satisfactory. "

"My stay at the Terra d'Amuri was great. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of the Duomo and the beautiful old section of Catania. My stay was made even better by the wonderful and gracious owner, Loredana, who spoke perfect English and was always ready to help with any questions I had about sights and transportation. "We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for the morning before heading out to the town. "
