"The pool is fantastic. The room was clean, though there were minor glitches with the plumbing. "

"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "

"My stay on 3rd floor was horrendous due to the upstairs ppl. They walked across the non- carpeted floors practically all nite. May have gotten 2 hrs sleep b4 I had to travel to Marco island for my son's wedding. "Be warned if you check in after 10 they have a phone number that’s not listed to call the front desk staff. I had to call their corporate call center and have them call and even they couldn’t get ahold of them. I finally got in with another guest who had a key. Very rude staff."
