Super clean, good location, facilities were really good, really enjoyed the pool area. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel also offers a laundry services which was really convenient and cheap.

Amazing

Hotel booking was a little chaotic but after they fixed the issue all went well. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also located in a central area where you can walk to the beach and shop around

Detta var absolut det mest hemska upplevelsen jag någonsin haft i ett hotell, otroligt smutsigt rum, där duchen var helt möglig och smutsig, kändes äckligt att behöva duscha där varje dag efter stranden. Golvet är Oljigt och fettigt, lukten vi möttes på så fort vi öppnade dörren var en unken gammal lukt. Sidan om detta är personalen bortom all kritik det värsta jag har upplevt, otroligt nonchalanta och otrevliga så som det är någon som tvingar dem och jobba där, förutom en blond tjej som jobbar i receptionen,, mycket trevlig. Nej nej nej detta hotell förstörde i princip hela vår upplevelse där tyvärr… då renlighet för boende är mycket viktigt.

Acceuil unique .. personnel qui manque de respect, pas de politesse et un bonjour les tueraient. Le pire c est la dame de l acceuil. On m a arraché mon petit dejeuné le premier jour apres une erreur de la part de l hotel. Pas d excuse rien je dois appeller expedia et faire un gros hors forfait pour que même la platforme ne m aide en rien. L hotel est sale. Les serviettes ont des trous. La sale de bain bien crade. Le sauna pu. La piscine est bien cabossé. Au prix que vous payer l hotel vous pouvez trouver un truc bien meilleur ailleurs. Apar ca cool la thailande.

Great for what you pay for

Great cheap stay, location was far from the beach and after staying 5 nights the walk became a struggle. Some aspects of the hotel were a little run down, overall great for what we paid for.

少し中心エリアから離れているのが残念。 部屋は広くて清潔できれい。 シャワーの水圧が高くないのと、温度調整が少し難しい。バスタブはあるが、お湯は溜められない。（かなり時間がかかる）

アレルギー体質の小さな子供達を連れての家族旅行。 食べ物アレルギーやケミカルアレルギー。 ベッドリネンやアメニティーで湿疹が出なかったのと。 朝食ブッフェで食べれない物だけが並んだ日には対応してくれたり。 オネショや体調が悪く吐いた時にも、即座に対応してベッドをリメイク。 リクエストには可能な限りは答える努力をしてもらい…我が家は快適に過ごし。 結果…延泊を繰り返し2週間 滞在しました。 朝食ブッフェの選択肢があるので泊まるなら朝食付きオススメします。 デコズ スタッフ ありがとうございました！
