"We loved our stay here, the location is so beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I’m afraid I didn’t note his name but the guy on reception especially made us feel so welcome. You can rent motorbikes from the hotel and it’s quick to get to lots of the main sites around despite feeling totally secluded. We also got a couple of Grab taxis very easily. The breakfast was also really good and we ate dinner one night which we enjoyed too. Would definitely stay here again"

"We enjoyed a three night stay at Mai Chau lodge. As the lodge was quiet being mid-week, we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The local food offered in the restaurant was lovely. As options in the town were a bit limited we ate there every night. "とてもフレンドリーなスタッフと素敵なお部屋で本当に快適に過ごせました。 色々とアドレスをくれたり、細やかな気遣いでタムコックの滞在が素晴らしいものになりました。 街からは少し離れていますがマウンテンバイクがあればすぐです。貸し出してくれるマウンテンバイクはカゴがありませんのでリュックなどが必要ですが、とても乗りやすいマウンテンバイクで、快適にタムコックの街を周る事が出来ました。 朝食はパンケーキや目玉焼きが油で揚げられていてちょっとビックリしました。普通に焼いたものが良かったのでその点は残念でしたが、お部屋に帰る度にフルーツを用意してくれたりする心使いが素晴らしく、朝食のマイナス点を全て打ち消してくれました。 機会があればまた来たいと思います。 "

"Sophisticated yet cozy. Service was top notch. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great central bustling location but quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. An example of the great service: I was not feeling well from a stomach bug I caught at a previous hotel; the manager noticed I wasn't eating much at breakfast and I told her the sickness was the reason. She took it upon herself to make me ginger and honey tea as well as to provide me the ingredients to-go so I could make more later. The tea really helped."
