"Overall the hotel is great for Instagram. We book for king size bed but was given twin bed. We booked for sky bar when check in but it didn’t goes into the booking. The cover for toilet bowl was offset. Lots of communication break down but hotel is alright consider the price point."

"If you're looking for an outdoor wooded area experience this is the place to stay. Also has many complimentary stuff there. Private beach area for the resort, multiple pools and restaurants. Everyone we met that worked there was really professional and nice. Spa was really awesome and relaxing. Thanks for the great experience Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort!"

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had the most magical 4 days here. The bungalows are spacious and clean, the beach is pristine, and the staff were so lovely, remembering little things that made service feel so personal. We were here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect romantic paradise."
