The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was able to get us an early checkin which was a welcome bonus to a trip that hadn’t exactly gone to plan so far. The room itself is really clean, warm, and the bed is amazing. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Nice, newer hotel close to ASU. Check in was a breeze. Gave me vouchers for food and drinks and morning coffee. Room was spacious. Lively bar scene. Have stayed here before and will do again

Large, beautiful and modern rooms. Locely hotel internally. There is not much to do arou d the hotel if on foot. Was perfect for our conference.

The property is in a great location in the heart of Tempe, located pretty much walking distance to everything. The lobby and hotel are great and there's a convenient coffee shop attached to the hotel. The only problem I had (and the reason five stars weren't given) is because of the service at the restaurant. The service from my server was slow, food wasn't that good for the price and my order was inaccurate. I would certainly stay there again but bypass on the restaurant. Also know, that there isn't any self or free parking and it's all valet. Keep that in mind from a pricing perspective that it's about $40 per night. Just a tad pricey.

Although the property was nice it was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the loud traffic and partying all night long

TV did not work in my room. Room 1109 and did everything to make it work. Everything else was nice and enjoyed the stay. It was great to be able to walk from room to travel agent training the next morning on 2nd floor. Great ballroom and event space. I was supposed to have a balcony room, that was what I booked and paid for, but didn’t receive it.

I have stayed at many Westin hotels around the world, but this particular one did not live up to my expectations of luxury. It felt more like an average DoubleTree hotel with particle board furniture. In my opinion, it was not worth the price. Additionally, the restaurant located in the lobby provided below-average service. I had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated, despite there being many empty seats that were not reserved.

I’ve stayed at many many Westins. I was beyond disappointed from check in to check out. There is so much I can say, I never leave reviews unless it’s really bad. From my arrival of a very unfriendly staff member who said about 8 words total to me. To the dirty bathroom sink, missing cups, dirty floor around the toilet, and the pool that was freezing cold and filled with bird feathers. Unhappy is an understatement. We got in at midnight, and I requested late check out since it was a Thursday night, and I was traveling with my 8 year old. Just for room service to come INSIDE my room at 8:30am when we weren’t even both awake. I am so disappointed in my stay.

Lobby is large, clean and has a great aroma and staff very welcoming. Food was excellent. Didn't like the only option for a pool being the one on the rooftop right beside the bar, felt like you were on display and the staff on the roof top bar were not friendly. Tables were supposedly reserved meanwhile when we left an hour later (after sitting against the railing) there were still no patrons at the main table seating area.

The Westin Tempe was great. It’s an awesome location and conveniently walkable to great dining and shopping. The hotel itself was clean and the staff is friendly. It has great amenities in the hotel like Starbucks, a rooftop bar, and restaurant.

Everything was amazing at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and gave us free pet waste bags plus water/food bowls. Many dining options around and the rooftop lounge was awesome. Yes, it is pricey but the experience and customer service is worth it.

Great Stay!
Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Room was really nice with a great view. The hotel was walking distance to shops & restaurants. The bar on the rooftop was spectacular! My only complaint was, we needed to print some documents and the computer was broken & the other was occupied for sometime.
