A big thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome and going above and beyond to make our stay such a memorable one. "Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms. When they say partial beach view, it’s a stunning one. Their beach bar is perfect for sunset cocktails. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and order at your table for added seasonal menu. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Great service, nothing like I’ve experienced anywhere else. People go above and beyond, exceptional. "

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they kindly arranged early check-in for us upon request. "The room we had was excellent and spacious. The room was kept clean & check & good amenities. Only down side was the t.v. as was due to be upgraded so we had bad signal. We were given the option of an apple box but we had to subscribe to. The staff were amazong from the reception to kisten staff. We were wrlcomed & supported with dietry requirements. "As a 3 star property this did not disappoint. The location was convenient for us as we had an event in the event hall next door. There are only 3 stories and a lift was available. Rooms near the swimming pool can be noisy from the swimmers (mainly children) The property is quite far from town so having your own transport is an advantage"

"Hotel is run down and rooms are basic at best , curtons would not close , shower was not great and room no TV , pool bar was best part "
