Was in Chandler for a race at the drag way. Hotel staff initially stated I could not park my truck with trailer in the hotel parking lot. Discussed with hotel staff and security and allow for one night. Initially was very disappointed but then security allowed.

I did not like front staff at check-in - I had my confirmation number but was told she did not have my reservation. Was told I entered the names wrong - my fault for the hassle?! I had a confirmation number so why could the hotel not find the reservation - just rude and not customer service forward! Go to the sheraton across the way !

Very Good Experience
The room was clean, modern and spacious. We ate at the Cafe and Ling & Louie's. Both had really good food and the service was very good. The Casino was clean and we had a great time.

Two thumbs up every stay! The only addition could be a microwave in the room but having the mini fridge is great! Lovely resort. Lovely pools. Friendly staff.

Hotel Has a new fee they dont tell you about , upon check out had to pay a $29.99 resort fee. The hottub jets didn't work they wouldnt light the fire pits nor would they turn the outside tvs on.

Left over trash in our room, dirty and grungy bathroom floor- room smells of old, nasty smoke. Loud partying until 3 am. Will never be back.
