Next to construction site, woke up in the night
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, too dark due to lack of lamps in the critical places. The problem was that there's a construction going on next to the hotel. Men and heavy machine worked also in night. On the 1st night I woke up at 2.30 as the whole hotel was like shaking due to all drilling. I wouldn't book before ensuring that the work is finished.

Walked up 4 floors. No elevator.
didnt aware there is no elevator in this 4-storey hotel. booked 3 rooms. 1 room at 4th floor. the roomkeep didnt replenish the toothbrushes for 2 consecutive days. simple breakfast (set meal western & asian) but taste good. not suitable for friend-sharing as there is a big glass window at bathroom, seeing the bedroom. there is a vertical blind but still see through clearly. located at busy st 136 bar street, but away from bars area. facing international school. noisy when classes dismiss

very nice place
what a great hotel, nice bed quiet and easy to get to where i needed to be. A very french shower but is that not to be expected. The staff were helpful and were there when i needed them. even giving me and umbrella when it was raining

Good hotel with great location.
Nice big room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice. Great location. Close to river and close to koh pich which is what we needed to access everyday. Nice decor as well. Front staff could be a little more friendly but I think it’s a language barrier.

Room invasion
Room invasion. Found the front desk manager (Punlok) in my room, door closed. Made a lame excuse about checking the air conditioner and a customer gave him the wrong room number. The cleaning staff have enough sense to leave the door open when legitimately entering a room. Management showing such poor judgement leaves a very bad feeling for this place and I do not believe there was any honest intention. If investigating a legitimate complaint why wait until the room was empty to investigate? This manager would have access to the in room safe key. An empty room would be a signal he was in the wrong room. Don't let your guard down at Vacation Bout. Hotel.

We do apologise for any inconveniences and made you worry. Our hotel has been running for 4 years, and we never have problem with losing any items in guest room by our staff. The service was good we had a welcome drink and they helped with carrying our luggage up the stairs . Room was large and bathroom nice with good shower and toiletries . Overall very nice stay in a good area

Decent stay
Location was all right. We'd thought it was 5-10min walking distance to restaurants and bars but realistically more like 15-20. But GrabTukTuk made it easy for us to get anywhere so that was fine. If you have a back condition that requires a really, really firm mattress, you'd be pleased. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room despite a couple of old cigarette burn holes on the duvet bedding sheets. The hotel brekkie was decent. Last but not least, grateful we got a room on the 2nd floor so the fact that the hotel doesn't have a lift wasn't an issue for us.

Beautifully decorated, what appears to be a old French building with a wide central staircase (no lift for those who need one) We had a bath in our bathroom which was a real treat after 8 weeks of showers, Albeit you need to fill from the shower as no taps Bed was quite firm but comfortable Central location so walking is an option

Great stay while visiting the capital city. Room didn’t have a window to the outside so it felt a bit dark but other than that I would recommend for anyone who is traveling. Staff is super helpful and they had a great breakfast!

Nice hotel
I originally had a room with a balcony that over looked the main st. The noise from the street was so loud I asked to be relocated to a quieter room. Overall the staff are friendly, and accommodating. The rooms that dont have a window are quieter. it is located in a good area not far from the river. Lots of bars and restaurants at the end of the street. The hotel doesn't have a elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs as well as climbing them everyday

Best hotel ever
We enjoyed our stay immensely at this hotel. Staff went out of their way to assist you. Wonderful choice for breakfast. Large rooms with new fixtures. The one draw back is you must use the stairs to get to your room. No elevator.

Excellent Experience
The hotel is well located betweeen the central market and the river and it's within about twenty minutes (walking) of the palace and the national museum. The facilities are very good and the rooms are spacious/tastefully decorated. Rooms have all the amenities you would expect from a small boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly/helpful and the food/room service is surprisingly good.
