I stayed here for two nights plus an extra night. The room was spacious & clean, breakfast was not all that good. Not much to chose from etc.The pool was very small & bar was not operating.
Also i was charged twice upon check out for the extra night booked. Expedia already charged me for the booking as this was booked online, & hotel ended up charging as well. Since i left Phnom Penh to Siem Reap now, there is no way to discuss issue for a refund. Overall not the best experience for $70 per night.
I really enjoyed my stay, which I extended it twice... Definitely a hotel I would stay again in. The staff was very nice and friendly, very nice room, good internet, some English Channel on TV - roof top pool was nice, buffet breakfast very good. Royal Palace was 10-12 minutes walk, Aeon shopping mall 15-20 minutes walk, Naga casino 15 minutes walk, etc.
I found some staff very unfriendly and arrogant. Conditions were dirty and not maintained well. Flooring in my room was very water damaged and deteriorated . Stains on bedding. Stale smell in building.
The property itself is fine. However, I booked on the basis of there being a restaurant, bar, sky pool as were promised in the online listings. None of these services are currently provided - and it has nothing to do with covid restrictions which have been lifted. It’s simply dishonest and misleading advertising. Not a way to run a business. 😡👎

The place was not very clean but the workers was very nice and helpful.
no restaurant, no roof top bar, room floors were dirty filth under the beds, windows and balcony could be be opened with a toothpick, reception never had currency to change to local currency, the pool is not a pool as it is only 12 inches deep which was fine as it was dirty overall 4 out of 10 would not recomend as it is a very tired property
Lovely hotel located very close to Independance Square, the Palace and the riverside. Overall very good and would highly recommend for short stay - we did 3 nights and were given a very appreciated early check-in because of our flight times. Faultless

Disappointed with cold water hot tub with one water jet working. Construction next door and a club with music until midnight. The staff was friendly though.

We really sorry for the construction next door but actually we no have club next door too.
The music till midnight was a small party from the hotel next door who owned by Chinese. it was only one night.
We are going to improve all everything that 100% completed.

Good location for a lot of the places to visit - very helpful staff and easy to book day trips. The breakfast was good with a large selection of food. The rooftop bar had ok views and good variety of drinks. Not very big

I booked this Hotel on one occasion with Expedia and 4 other times with Hotels.com as I teavelled to and from Phnom Penh.
Prior to going to Cambodia I was visiting friends in China for the Spring Festival.
I was very nervous about Corona virus and returned to Canada.
I canceled with Hotel.com and received immediate refund.
Expedia did not refund.
Be very careful with Expedia.ca.
Hotel.com is very good and most professional

The hotel rooms are nice and large and its location is excellent.
However, its food is absolutely disgusting, I ordered a well done steak and when it arrived, the cow was still mooing. Never have I seen such an undercooked piece of meat served to anyone in my life. Their pizzas are from the frozen section of a supermarket, dry as, with ingredients not applicable to what was ordered.
As for their breakfast, well they have deteriorated over the years, the buffet breakfast was once a highlight of a stay at the QG but now its so disappointing.
The staff do not understand English at all.
I have stayed here many times over the past 6 years, even recommended it to friends who have also stayed but after this stay - never again. So disappointing!

AC is not working, electronical lock sometimes working & sometimes not working. Small restaurant unable to compliment the guests. Staff was rut, unwilling to help. The adv. on the website is far truth from reality.

Room was big and clean. TV has many satelite channels so catching up on latest news wasn't a problem.
Breakfast was delicious, except the pan cake.
Staff spoke limited English but were polite and helpful. Quite a few eateries nearby. Will stay again.

I cannot accurately review this property because we did
not stay as when we arrived were informed they did not
have a room for us, even though we had prepaid for the room and they sent a car to collect us from the airport. On the upside they did get us a room at their partner hotel
next door but I think that is was probably of a lesser standard but was more than adequate for a one night stay.
When I checked in at Queen Grand, they said they are over booked. They transferred me again to King Grand where rooms are not good. This is the 2nd time they did this to me. I am very unhappy.
This hotel is tucked away up a little street, close to everything. Massage places, laundry services which we used with 24 hr turnaround. Tuk tuks a right outside if you need one. Clean tidy rooms, buffet breakfast, and staff are helpful, friendly and happy to help. Sometimes they struggled with the English language, but we managed to get what we needed.
Would stay here again.
This place has become my second home in Phnom Penh. The staff are so nice and very friendly and sweet. They are very accomodating. When I went away for the weekend it was safe to store my luggage here. They also have excellent complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend the omelets!

RESERVE A ROOM BUT CANNOT BE SURE THEY WILL KEEP I
They double booker the room we reserved. Someone else was in it so we had to go to an pther hotel since this hotel was full.
An enjoyable 6 days at this hotel. We had booked a room with balcony which was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Although there were several restaurant in the street, the location was a little far from main attractions. Some were within a good walk, but there were always tuk-tuk taxis available at reasonable prices, so getting around was not too difficult. Although in a small street there is lots of construction in progress. In fact almost everywhere in Phnom Penh.Overall I would give the hotel the highest rating but for the construction. However, the noise was never a problem and stopped at night.
This hotel is in an excellent location for seeing Phnom Penh. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. There was always plenty of staff on hand to deal with any questions you may have. Good WiFi through the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
