It required a chat with a Hotels.com representative, then they called me to offer a solution, then I called them back and asked if we could try once more to make this hotel work, which was successful. The room was small, but I didn't expect much when I booked the small room, but the room had everything you needed. Chair, cabinet, kitchen sink kitchen countertop, shower and clean bathroom with hot water. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked good. Overall it was a good stay."

Generous-sized rooms with solid construction and enjoyable ambient lighting makes it feel like home. The rooftop pool is so wonderful, along with the sitting areas around it. Huge gym has updated and useful equipment. The management and staff are most professional and eager to be helpful. Definitely would return again!"
