"The property is beautiful and the staff work hard to keep it looking clean and nice. The location great with different eating options on property and several more within walking distance. They do Not offer shuttle service but they do have a dedicated taxi service that is always available and they let you know up front the cost of the ride. The beds in our room were not comfortable. I'm not sure if the beds are poor quality or just need to be replaced but we did not like the beds. The mini-golf was a hit with our boys but the teen-zone was disapointing. They went to the zone one time and the staff were using the x-box to watch a movie; the other gaming system didn't have any working games. The all inclusive is a huge bonus with kids, especially Napoli and the pizza. If the boys didn't like what was on the menu, they could top off their bellies with pizza. And the staff kept the room fridge stocked with water/soda/beer. The beach area is beautiful and we were able to find beach chairs available whenever we wanted."

"The staff was very friendly like they have always been. Currently they are still working on renovating Gismo’s bar but should be completed probably in the next few weeks. The beach is the most consistent non saraggasum on the island. Also great snorkeling area."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect for staying in St. Masrten. While the cost was much lower than other options on the island, it didn't feel like I missed out on anything at all. The hotel sits right on the beach, with rooms offering a beautiful view of the ocean. The room I stayed in felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which was quite lovely. It had a full kitchen, dining area, living room, large patio with furniture, and 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. I also couldn't hear a single sound from any other rooms near me, although the early morning sweeping can be heard through the window. You can also hear the birds singing right around 5am, which in my opinion is the most beautiful sound mixed with the crashing ocean waves. The hotel itself has a perfect convenience store with everything you could need (including alcohol and water) and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. There's a cafe with a bar that serves delicious food, and they have a nice schedule of activities you can participate in if you haven't booked yourself full like I did. The beach itself is astonishingly beautiful. The hotel provides chairs and umbrellas labeled with your room number so nobody steals your spot. They give you cards to trade for a towel when needed, and the towels smell so fresh and clean every time. I even met some partial owners of the hotel who were incredibly kind and offered AMAZING recommendations for food. I will definitely stay here next time I visit."

"The studio suite is a really nice spacious room with a large balcony space overlooking the boardwalk/beach. The hotel has a small pool on the side and I believe it is the only hotel on the boardwalk that has a pool. The food and drinks at the bar look good and I was going to try the $5 pizza special, but there are so many great restaurants in the area I did not try the pizza on this last trip."
