The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very courteous and got you fresh towels and toilet paper. Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue
I am a frequent guest at this hotel and as such I have come to know most of the staff. They are always courteous and helpful. Cindy in the restaurant makes a spectacular margarita! There is a friendly atmosphere while also insuring the most professional response to request from guest.

Homewood Suites by Hilton University City
This is my 4th time staying at the property, usually have no issues. The room I got had some wall paper peeling, bubbling paint in the bathroom and for some reason the tv remote didn’t work(batteries were good) nor did the tv have any signal the entire night. So resorted to watching my phone.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue
Room was clean but somewhat “shopworn”. Stained carpet, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, no major issues, there were just signs of wear all over.
