Cari Apartment di Stesen Philadelphia Cynwyd

"Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area."

"The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay."

"It was impossible to make contact with the property. Their service was terrible and they denied to refund! We couldn’t get into the property on the night of arrival and we were forced to find another accommodation to stay that night — it was a horrifying experience!!"

"Worst place I ever stayed at. Host gavee instructions to call a nuumber on the keypad to access the unit. I called multiple times on arrival and through out my stay. Host never answered once to open the door for me. When I arrived, there was a hole in the wall. My 2nd day there, I walked into the apartment and saw a mouse run across the living room. I tried to call again, and no answer. They did not communicate with me once throughout my stay after attempting to reach them everyday. I did not...

"It was dirty. There were bugs. The photos were not of the actual unit. It was disgusting!! We left an hour after we arrived. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!"

"Conveniently close to everything. Super spacious and clean. Great host, super cute room and very comfortable bed. The view is spectacular and the balcony hang out area was a cool place to chill at the end of th day. Be mindful there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and there is a third party verification app used where you will have to leave a deposit. (Refunds prompt after stay) Many thanks!!"

"I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here."

"Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good."

"Be aware of a non refundable damage fee that has to be paid before you get the check in codes. The neighbourhood was creative. But the room was comfortable"

"When doing the final check-in you are required to put a very high refundable deposit on your charge, not the amount listed on the Hotels.com site, or you can chose to pay a non-refundable amount of a much smaller amount. I am sure most people chose the smaller option because it is a bit concerning to have such a high deposit especially as it was not the disclosed amount. It makes you worry they may not refund the deposit. It would be extremely hard to recover a deposit if they chose to withhold...

"As good as the photos, if not better. Fantastic location and a clean, comfortable apartment. Communication with the host was easy and painless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Room was dirty"

"Place was not describe as is "

"Really complicated check in process. Communication with the host was very difficult. I stood outside the building for 1 hour to figure out how to unlock the door. Location is ok. Room is dark and not as nice as seen in the pictures. The washer and dryer were the best part of the stay."
