"Staff was all friendly. Room was clean. We needed an extra sheet and that was easy to fulfill. Great experience. "

"Very nice and clean rooms, staff were great and we felt safe at this establishment. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. Two things, pool was very cloudy and had a lot of hair floating in it. However, I was told that there had been a lot of people coming and going that day. Plus about the pool was that it was open 24/7. Other small minus about our room was that there were no blinds or black out curtains. So the light from the parking lot lit up our room at night. I hate sleeping with lights, so that wasn't good. Overall, I still recommend the hotel. It was a good price and I would stay there again"

"We have stayed here before and the hotel falls under the "acceptable" range. However, there were two things this time that were an issue: 1. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others. However, upon arrival, the pool was "closed for the season." Nothing in the Hotels.com description clarified this. We did not find out until we arrived. Even though it is an indoor pool, the pool is apparently closed every winter--although nothing is stated of this on Hotels.com's website. Therefore, it felt like false advertising on the hotel's part and negligence on Hotels.com's part. 2. On Saturday, my daughter and wife went down for breakfast (open from 6-9) at 8:25. Upon arriving, there were no eggs, only 3-4 sausage links, and only enough batter for about 1/4 of a waffle. There were "continental breakfast" items available, but we picked this hotel also because it was one of the few with protein offered. When my wife asked for a refill, they replied they would need to ask the manager. They did make a little more waffle batter, but otherwise replied that they were not refilling because they had already served the "quota of breakfast items for the day." My wife saw several families come down after and most left with nothing. The lack of willingness to prep more on a Saturday morning was ridiculous."

"It was clean enough but they have one smoking room then non smoking etc. Our room smelled like musty old smoke. Everything that was out smelled like that and had to wash it when returned home. There is semi truck parking right there, which we didn't know or see when we arrived. Heard them coming and leaving at 4:30-5:00 AM. Would not stay here again!"

"The managers are very nice, welcoming and wont bother you during your stay. Great if you just need a cheap place to sleep for a few days. The rooms also have fully functional kitchens with a stove, microwave, large fridge and utensils/plates. Bathroom is a little outdated but I think thats fair given the price point. "
