The villas are newly built so everything was very clean, and the decor is lovely! (Keep in mind construction is still ongoing!).
If you’re staying in the luxury townhouses you have to walk up a hill, we had to request for our luggage to be brought up which we thought was a little strange given the distance. At least 400m uphill in the heat is difficult with heavy suitcases! We also had to remind the staff to do this and only received our luggage after a few hours.
You could still see some remnants of construction, like paint marks on skirtings, measurements written on the window pane etc.
We also had a little lizard sneak in because the doorframe wasn’t sealed adequately, but normal for a tropical country. AC was great but some details on how to use would’ve been great! Lots of ants and bugs in the villa :( would’ve been nice if it was fumigated before our stay.
The airport shuttle that we booked also never came, and we had to pay for our own. Very close to the airport so the cost is little, also has a convenience store just round the corner where we ordered grab from! They come directly to your villa which is great. Would be better to have clearer communication with staff as it felt like a few things were missed.
