"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. "Beautiful hotel, newly renovated a few years ago. Staff very helpful went out of their way. Breakfast excellent! Minibars stocked with water, beer, juice and snacks and replenished daily. "A lovely stay in Salzburg in the Hapimag Resort. One thing I need to clarify: this is NOT a hotel. It is more of a short-term residence. Every room has a kitchenette and breakfast is not included or indeed on offer. There is no restaurant or bar or even a lobby. "This place is PERFECT!! Right off the square, walking distance to so many sites and wonderful restaurants, clean, comfy bed and pillow, BIG bathroom!!, and super super nice staff. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but I am sure it was fantastic. A great value for the price."
