"Really nice, clean room. The breakfast had lots of options. We didn't try the gym this time but I would the next time. I would reccomend the hotel."

"There was mold on the shower walls and shower curtain. The ceiling had water stains with paint peeling. The pool is a nice size for many kids to play at but overall the hotel is run down and needs a refresh. The beds were super lumpy. But the courtyard was super fun and had a little bit of everything for the kids and adults. There is no microwave in the rooms, just a tiny one in the welcome area. Bring s’mores stuff if you’d like to have some with the fire pit!"

"microwave on level 3 room was not working; the lights were not able to turn on the ones by the side of the bed. It was a little dirty but other than that it was a decent stay. "

"Temporary unloading zone was occupied at night with bar patrons so we had to park in the middle of the road with hazards on. The parking garage is VERY tight but these are just things to look out for. Otherwise, the hotel experience was definitely 5-star!!"

"The room was clean , bed was comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. We did not use the pool but it appeared nice and well kept. Hot tub was under construction on our visit this time. Staff was helpful and available. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment. Only had coffee and it was good. Surrounding area very nice with restaurants and stores close by. Will stay again when in the area."

"Overall, our stay was good. The free breakfast was great with lots of options. I appreciated the coffee/tea station open all day. The bed was very comfortable. The shower didn’t feel the cleanest but it showed some age and the rest of the room was clean. The location was safe and close to a lot of restaurant options."

"This is my second stay at a Fairfield in the last week, one in Michigan and this one. Both locations I could not watch Netflix because TV would not load anything. I was able to sign on to my account but after that it just spun. Same issue in both locations."

"The front desk was helpful and accommodating when we presented our issues. There are ants and roaches in certain rooms, dirt and grime left on appliances and the floor. There needs to be a policy change that requires housekeeping on a more frequent basis. They don’t check on residents frequently to make sure the living habits of residents and conditions are not promoting pests. Smoking takes place in the building and right in front of the entrance. They need more staff to be able to help manage...
