If you stayed in 2025 (Before December) Please go again as it is under new ownership. We stayed over New Year's Eve so we could go to Busch Gardens to watch the Fireworks. "We were surprised with how well maintained they kept the town houses. Everything was clean. The views outside and the surrounding areas were beautiful. The staff at the concierge was friendly and gave us a coupon book and recommendations around town, make sure you don't miss that. They have better services than most hotels. PS, our kids loved having their own bathroom in their room."

"Clean room. Great customer service. I had work i needed to get dome. Wifi was down. They opened the dinning area for me as wifi was working in there and said i was welcome to anything in there. Will stay there again."

"The staff could not have been better. They were very nice. I am on crutches from an injury. They put is in rooms that were close to the exits on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the grands enjoyed swimming in the pool. It was close to Colonial Williamsburg and plenty of good restaurants to eat it."
