This hotel isn’t a great location close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The staff was extremely helpful in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They were polite & friendly. The breakfast is very good.

We stayed 7 nights and used the hotel as a hub to visit the many historic sites in the area. The hotel was clean in every aspect, room, lobby, gym, breakfast area etc. We would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Putting hanging sepate bottles attached to the back wall with shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel was a great idea. Breakfast offerings were above average and kept stocked. It was a great location along the main strip in Willismsburg to get easily to local attrations.

Staff was very kind and attentive but property is very run down. Our bathroom had peeling paint all over and rust and mildew on the tub. The breakfast was also pretty meh.

It’s in a great location and the breakfast is convenient. While the room seemed to be cleaned before our stay, it was very damp and smelled of mold. I have mold allergies and couldn’t breathe at night.

We weren’t here for very long, it was just a place to sleep on our drive back home but the front desk employee was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean, free breakfast at 6am. Perfect for what we needed. Also, free ev charger in parking lot was extremely helpful.

Everything was fine. The property could use some TLC. The tub had some peeled coating areas, and cracked tiles in the surround. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing, but plenty of the basics and kept clean and restocked. I only had contact with one staff member, a room attendant. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Parking was plentiful. The hotel seemed busy but I was never bother by loud noises or raucous behavior. The property is within walking distance of several good restaurants and centrally located to the attractions.

The staff was friendly and made check in and check out easy. The guests were quite loud and you could hear them shouting in other rooms, as well as in the hallway. The room was a decent size and in good condition, however, the bathroom was in less than ideal condition. The shower floor was chipping badly and the tiles around the faucet were caving in, and the shower curtain and mirror had ominous stains on them (white stuff). The corners of the bathroom were also filthy. The breakfast area was very overcrowded with little available seating. The breakfast included coffee, juice, yogurt, toast, waffles, sausage links, and powdered eggs.
