"Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay."

"I can look last an outdated building. However the stairwell had a strong urine smell. The pool is advertised as indoor but when we arrived it was closed due to being a seasonal pool. The person that checked us in barely spoke a word to us. The jet tub in the room didnt work, the AC barely worked and leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast consisted of sticky muffins, cereal bars, juice and coffee from a dirty coffee machine. I recommend finding a different hotel. Its not worth the headache."

"The property grounds as well as the suite were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very responsive! The onsite activities are well maintained!"

"For the price, this was beyond reasonable and exceeded expectations. Parking was convenient and plentiful. You can tell this is a super old hotel but they have done a pretty good job renovating. There were lots of areas that were clearly "landlord specials" to cheapen out, like painting over the entire door and fixtures with the same paint lol.....but despite all of that, it was very clean. Mirror in the bathroom was nice. Fridge was cold. mixed review on the bed....I was comfy but my husband...

"There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. It seemed pretty good. The only things I didn’t like was our room smelled musty and sour. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. There were some rips on it. "

"Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way....

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was not a nice stay. Hallways did not smell good or clean. Bathroom was extremely small. Ran down place. Not like the pictures. The breakfast was not good has gnats around food. There is a $50 deposit charge when stay on arrival. "

"We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice."

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

"Las instalaciones estaban muy bonitas, mejor que mi visita anterior, ls limpieza es deprimente, refrigerador grasoso, alfombra sucia, olia muy bien cuando entre y eso me gustó pero casi para la hora de salida revise debajo de la cama para asegurarme que no se me quedara nada y encontre una jeringa usada y edo me asusto mucho y debajo del sofa de la sala encontre el juguete de una mascota., me decepcionó que en la imagen se veia una cocina con orno cuando hice la reservacion y no era asi."

"Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted."
