"It is a good place for a short stay. Not luxurious, but that’s not expected for this price. The staff is very nice, but the rooms are directly besides a very loud street, so not recommended to sleep with open windows. "

"Lovely apartment at an excellent price. Helpful staff who gave clear directions for self-checkin. Within easily walkable distance to the main attractions and the central train station. Nice variety of extra snacks and comforts provided in the room, which was a nice touch."

"La Mezzaluna is a short walk from Barga Gallicano train station, and buses to Lucca. Rita is amazingly hospitable & welcoming, and did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are very nice, buffet breakfast set us up for the day.
There is a bus up to Barga during the day, and a taxi back in evening.If you visit Barga, this is the place to stay. "
