Everyone at the desk was fantastic, even if the airport pick up person let us down it didnt ruin the experience at all. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant."

And of course, a special highlight is Inti, the cute alpaca who visits the hotel every day, such a charming and unique touch! Highly recommended."
