"Terribly soft beds, hotel has not been renovated in a long time it’s old and worn out, attention at front feet is always in a hurry"

"We’ve stayed at the Dominick several times under previous names, and had great experiences. It’s in a fantastic location in SoHo, has nice views, and the rooms are huge by NYC standards. All those things haven’t changed, but unfortunately the hotel is starting to show some wear and is in need of a refresh. It’s still a good hotel in a great location, it’s just not quite a polished as it used to be."

"Our first night the tv did not work, no matter what we tried. So the second night when it still didn't work we called the desk for help and a service person came. It didn't work after he left so we called again. Second time didn't work after he left, also third time. So at that point we were pretty tired and disappointed, and felt that since TV was one of Club Quarters' amenities, we should get a refund because we couldn't get TV. Let us know. Also, second problem was the bathroom door was noisy no matter how we moved it - needs to be fixed. Thank you. pe moody"
