"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. "Brilliant location. Short walk to St Michael's Mount and short 2 mile bus ride into Penzance. Room was very clean and the breakfasts are incredible. Staff couldn't do enough and were super friendly. Had a great laugh with the locals. The best bit is the price..... Way cheaper than everywhere else so incredible value for money. Mexico Inn is across the road a nd does great food. Also the CuttySark in Marazion."

"Pros: - Very Clean - Spacious Flat - Very Smart Kitchen - Comfortable Bedding - Very Modern Bathroom - Close to the town and Sea - provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better Cons: - This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one - It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around - If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door. "
