"Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. It's a drive into an estate so the location is peaceful and pretty. All amenities were kept to a very high standard. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again next time I'm down in Cornwall. Penzance is down the road for all your shopping and Porthocurno / Lands End are a 20 minute drive away. Ideal location."
