"Breakfast was good, staff attentive and helpful. However, my room was serviced on my first night. I got back to the hotel and when entering my room, the bed hadn't been made, tea bags etc not replenished, bathroom not cleaned. I was most surprised as I haven't had this before."

"You arrive at what is obviously a very clean and tidy property to the welcome of the very friendly and helpful staff. The room vas very spacious, clean with a good selection of tv channels. The evening meal menu has a good number of varied choices and my meal was faultless. The breakfast was not extraordinary but perfectly adequate and for the cost of the room very good value throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here and I do not normally do so. "Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...
