"Overall was good. Carpet was a bit sticky in places. Luckily we didn’t stay here in summer, because the air conditioning wasn’t cooling. Rooms got a bit stuffy during the evenings . They should probably get them serviced/fixed before summer."

"The facilities were very clean & the bed comfortable. However the rooms facilities were very tired & minimal. The accessible bathroom while large had nowhere to place clothing & toiletries, it felt awkward & was uncomfortable to use.
The entry access from the car park was too steep making it awkward for a person with a Walker without the assistance of another person.
On arrival at approximately 6pm no one was on reception it took us more than 15 minutes to rouse someone, the facilities intercom...

"The location is very handy to shops, transport and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The only annoyance was the message asking us to check in online prior to arrival...as this doesn't seem to add any benefit to a customer on arrival. Also receiving messaging when i'm still in the middle of the stay asking when I'll be checking out, is very unwelcoming. Oh, and there's a really bright light on the phone that lights up the whole room. I had to cover that up."

We dined in-house, visited the lounge area for an evening drink and used the parking service with bus transfers to the airport. "They were extremely amazing and quick to respond — my booking was confirmed within 30 minutes, and they managed to secure two rooms for five nights with no hassle at all.
The rooms were very clean, the amenities were on point, lovely food at the restaurants in ground floor and the pool was a standout. The whole place is very family‑friendly, especially for young kids, which made our stay even better. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and made everything easy.
