"Safe, Quiet, New, Clean, Breakfast Buffet with room excellent, convenience store on site, lovely pool & exercise area, somewhat near to the airport for easy transportation. Would stay here again. Thanks Hotel Osaka."

"部屋も広く、スタッフもみんな親切で複数回、宿泊しています。ひとつだけ、かなり深刻な問題を指摘すると、 アメニティのシャンプーが酷すぎます。おそらくハンドソープと同じものなのではないでしょうか。 泡立ちも悪い上、紙がバサバサになります。普段、そんな事を気にしない短髪、天然パーマの男性の自分が言うのですから、一般的な女性にとってはこれだけで2度と来ない理由になると思いますので、今すぐに変更するべきです。さらに複数回の宿泊いずれもポンプからなかなかシャンプーが出ないのでおそらくポンプそのものが欠陥なのだと思います。すぐに改善できる事なのでお願いします。"

"Not clean, terrible bathroom "

"Solid budget apartment hotel. It’s functional, rooms are spacious, and clean. Despite having a loud family next to us, the walls were quite insular, blocking out a lot of noise. "

"The parking spot is very tight and was not friendly. The rooms were average without any cooking utensils, iron etc. Being in Oakwoods i was assuming these are standard amenities for the amount being paid. Otherwise the stay was good."

"Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful "

"Booked for 3 nights, 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s actually 1 bedroom but they convert the living room for another room, so no living room/dining area. I love the facilities & security within the property - you only can access it with the access card, even to the outdoor pool, limited to 1 person, you could ask another 2 extra with the front desk. There’s a family mart at the lobby near the entrance of the pool, open up early till late, super convenient! Wished the property management of this...
