"A stunning property, full of stylish period features. We felt like we were the only guests staying and considered our stunning room with a view to be our 'home'. The onsite butler carried out his work so quietly we hardly knew he was there, but was always available to give friendly travel advice or assistance. Fantastic location in a charming historic village, complete with delicious eateries a short walk away. We will be back!!"

It’s close to the main streets, food options are a short drive and a private luxury location feel. the breakfast is wonderful and the view is amazing of the mountains with snow on it! The rooms are nice and the bathroom floor is heated which is unreal in the cold weather. The staff were amazing and very attentive. One of my favourite stays!"

"Close to everything we needed. Restaurants, Salamanca Market, Hobart wharf district. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant and highly recommend the food. Thank you, Salamanca Inn, for making our 4-day getaway perfect."

"Valet parking is a $39 additional charge per night. Can add up a bit if staying for a while and you have to wait for 30 minutes for them to bring your car to you. Seems like an unnecessary expense but it can’t be avoided if you decide to bring a car when you visit."
