"All staff were friendly and as helpful as they could possibly could be. However one staff member did stand out “Yasser” in Reception, who was truly unwell but was desperately trying to hide it, with the biggest smile. He was so helpful and understanding when I asked if it was possible for a “quiet” room as my son is autistic…. He gave us a great room. He was always so welcoming and easy to approach as we needed help navigating Leeds and getting advice about where to go and how "

My only tiny complaint was the amount of glass bottles that were still left outside the rooms when I checked in (5pm) and were still there when I returned from dinner (10pm). Several (including a broken pint glass) were outside my room, and then other rooms on the same floor had one or two outside too."
