The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return.

We had a great stay at Adler! The pools and saunas were a great spot to relax after some of our days out hiking. The staff was very warm and welcoming and helped us navigate the area and get to the cable cars we were looking to take. Overall great experience!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Food is excellent. I usual don’t eat dinner at hotels, but the dinners were excellent, as was breakfast. Sauna and hot tubs were perfect for days after a hike. Staff was great. Was one of the best all around hotels I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at some of the best.

We absolutely loved staying at Adler! I'd definitely return for a visit someday. The spa was fabulous, the service was wonderful, everyone was incredibly friendly, the amenities were top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. I was really impressed with the aesthetic, cleanliness, and overall service. If you're looking for an accessible and luxurious place to stay- walking distances from the lifts, this is it.

Nice property, great location . Walking distance from alpi do suci and Seceda , food was great . Rooms are roomy and clean . You may need to ask for extra sheets we only got two small blankets, however everything else it’s amazing . The spa , the views . Very nice hotel .

The property was beautiful and our room was amazing. Excellent in every way. Loved all of the amenities. We were very disappointed in the spa services. DO NOT get the blood test and Dr. ripped us off and wouldn't negotiate with the miscommunication.

This hotel was simply fantastic!! 10 stars!! All the staff were awesome.. they rememebered our drink and breakfast preferences.. The pool/spa amenities were top class.. they had all kinds of massages and skin treatments available too.. All sorts of activities like yoga/pilates, a fully equipped gym and many areas to just relax.. Cable car lines to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi are just a short walk from the hotel.. Underground parking is available at no additional cost.. Perfect place for couples.. we took the halfboard option.. highly recommended, the food was sooo good!!

The location is perfect, and the spa facilities are truly excellent. Our room faced the town/church and the sounproofing was exceptional, allowing me to sleep soundly despite the church bells ringing frequently and being located on a lower floor. The room was also spotlessly clean. Every service person we met was exceptional, and the breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic and ample selection. The hotel also provides high-quality e-bike rentals. The staff was incredibly flexible with the rental time when possible. A few things are important to note for future guests. The central air conditioning made our room too warm, but we were provided a fan upon request. Also, be aware that if you open the windows with no screen, the noise and mosquitoes can be a problem. Few minor hiccups were upon our arrival. A power outage in our room delayed our access to the spa, as it took them over an hour to send someone. That was unacceptable for such a hotel and the price paid. Once we finally got to the spa, we were told they were closing.We were told by the receptionist that the spa was open 24 hours, but later found out it closes at 8 p.m except for the exercise room.This was most likely a simple language barrier. Despite these issues, we were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay, especially since we dedicated a rainy day to using all the great amenities.

If you want an all-round lux Euro hotel experience, this is the place to stay. Very attractively designed and maintained facility. The staff was invariably friendly and professional. Great basement parking included. Great spa facilities, steam and heat saunas, outdoor and indoor pools with mountain views, etc. Beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor chaises. Great bar with huge windows providing panoramic views of the mountains. We stayed in a newer wing of the hotel with a very modern wood-paneled interior design. [I cannot comment on the rooms in the original main building and another secondary residential building.] The breakfast, which is included, is a spread to rival anywhere in the world. There is a prix fix lunch and dinner menu, which we didn’t take advantage of only because we don’t eat that much. Otherwise, the bar where we ate each evening has a good but limited a la carte menu. My only recommendation would be to add 3-4 additional food options to the a la carte menu. The hotel is situated near the town's two gondola ski lifts - great for hiking, mountain biking and skiing. (The gondola tickets are somewhat pricey but shut up and pay up for the trips up each side of the valley. Amazing panoramas.) We plan on returning here in a year or two for a ski vacation.
