"We had an excellent stay at the property. The room was very well-thought out in terms of the layout and the amenities that were available to us. The waterfront restaurant, the fusion restaurant and the beach club all had exceptional service. We were a bit disappointed that the hotel representatives told us about "Sunset Park" but failed to mention that it's a rooftop bar. We only wandered up there on our last day and it would have been nice to know about it beforehand so we could have full enjoyed it!"

"I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant. Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress. On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal. I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay memorable. "

"Staff were very friendly and warm and it felt very welcoming for young families. The breakfast was excellent. Buffet dining menu could use some refreshing but was ok. The Italian restaurant was nice. We loved the position of our room overlooking the temple next door and the pool. "

"If I could give this hotel 1 million stars I would it’s just magnificent for a five star resort they go over and above you get what you pay for. The staff make everything so much better with their kind nothing is too much approach and the way they take care of everyone that walks through that door"

"The staff here is 10 stars! They really make the experience. The hotel is beautiful but the staff take it to that next level. They were by far the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over the world. I wanted to stay at a resort triple the price but chose here instead to save money for activities. We later went to the resort for lunch and I was so happy I chose to stay at the Vira Bali instead. Their hospitality is unrivaled. If you’re in the fence about staying here, trust me, do it! You will not regret it."
