"Room was extremely clean staff was even better"

"Bedding was comfortable, no frills in room, very basic. Had to ask for ice bucket which turned out to be a cheap plastic “toy”. Bathroom soap, lotion, hair was decent. Just a mini fridge, nothing else. Plenty of plugs/outlets. Front desk staff was okay. No welcome greeting or even how was your stay. Just blah. Did provide a complimentary toothbrush since we forgot one. Complimentary food items for breakfast were not good. Eggs were horrible, bacon undercooked. Know what you’re getting ahead of time and you’ll be fine."

"Hotel is beautiful, Ben from front desk is amazing and helpful and the valet staff as well. We have stay several times in this property and am a little upset as we left a charger in the room and it was taken. So please if you stay here make sure you dont leave anything behind you may not get it back."

"Elevator wasn’t working for the last day, no shampoo/conditioner provided. Lobby was so small it felt like signing in to prison."

"Viewing photos of this property, we were excited to stay here we thought it looked beautiful, and that the amenities were great. The reason it took me so long to respond to the survey is due to being engaged the night before and just being excited about that however, the bedsheets were wet. There was a stain on them, and when we went to consult the front desk about new sheets, they let us know that they did not have any additional sheets instead, they gave us a blanket from behind the counter they said it was the only one that they had and we laid it down and we slept on that Initially I only had shorts and I slept in the dress that I was engaged in because it was floor length and I was freaked out we were shoes the entire time we did not utilize the shower or the sink because it was disgusting. The television did not work nor were there any outlets very readily available to use."
