"The room was horrible. The ceiling had mold and it looked like there was also leaking in the ceiling. I couldn’t breathe because of how dusty it was, the sheets had cigarette burns and stains. Horrible service as well. Never again"

"After a 5 hour drive and exhausted, looking forward to a restful night, dragged suitcases upstairs because elevators were not working, had to go downstairs twice because door key didn’t work, asked for two extra towels and they only had one left, went to the car to get my phone charger and was surrounded by kids asking for money, walked around the corner of hotel and realized it was not a safe neighborhood, had to take stairs up again dragged suitcases and family (including my 86 yo mom) downstairs, returned the key and left. Had to look for another hotel and finally checked in at midnight"

"Clean room, great staff, pool was inviting and calm environment. One negative my partner mentioned later was that the safety lock box didn’t work, luckily we didn’t carry things of very high value. Also keep in mind there is no 24/7 room service."

"The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel appears outdated and in need for a renovation. Upon entering our room we noticed strange black stains on the carpet. We were offered a different room immediately which was very nice. The new room had a dirty carpet, I noticed grains of rice on the floor, red stirrer from coffee. Did not tell the front desk because they were nice enough to offer me a different room. Just took it that they were not strong on cleaning the carpet. Told my son not to walk barefoot on the carpet. Beds were fine, bathroom was clean, towels were clean. Tub was stained/scraped but not something that could be cleaned. Furniture meaning chairs, couch, look old and stained. They inform that they clean the rooms every other day. On the second day I hoped that they would vacuum but no. The grains of rice were still there. Next time will stay at a different hotel. There was no safe in the bedroom. Had to carry the valuables in my purse with me during my stay. Stayed there because for the same price I got a mini suite which was nice to have the extra living room space!"
