"말라카에 거의 유일한 4.5성급 호텔로 객실과 직원들의 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 바로 옆에있는 골프클럽에서 라운딩을 했는데 이동도 편리하고 호텔에 웬만한 식당이 있어 다른 곳으로 이동하지 않아도 편하게 즐길 수가 있었습니다. 특히 호텔에 있는 수영장은 안락하고 조용해서 마음에 들었습니다."

"I didnt feel i was welcome by the Indian receptionists, seemed they were looking down upon me. The second I entered the room, I felt disgusted, the room was old, the washroom smelled musty, hairs and unknown dark bits were on the floor, the yellowish pillow covers smelled oily, like they werent even changed. dead insects were found inside the cupboard and closet, air con was noisy, the hot water wasnt hot enough, I found no toothbrush, no cups, no kettle, no toilet paper, no bottled water were found in the room, which was totally untrue from what Hotels.com stated on this hotel page...I went to the reception and kinda complain why? The Indian receptionist simply replied 'Well, this is a budget hotel, you can get whatever you want at the next convenience store'! The maddest thing was that they didnt even clean my room! while hotels.com stated there's 'Daily cleaning' Absolutely not! I complained to another Indian receptionist that my room wasnt cleaned, she said 'Oh no, we normally would clean the room once every two days! and, if you want it to be clean, you would have to let us know in advance!' I was really pissed... Moreover, I booked this hotel weeks in advance, the rate was non-refundable, around MR 300, but then when I got to the hotel, i checked the price again, it dropped to a walkin price with just MR 50! This is almost a fraud. I regret I didnt take more pics to show you as evdience!"

"Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience."

"It’s a good resort, the location and design was good. Despite there being many guests you didn’t feel like you were falling over people. Having access to the beach from the resort was good. However, it is looking a bit tired. Despite a message to keep the door closed to avoid sandflies it wasn’t possible to close the door to the balcony fully as it needed maintenance (which also meant if we had the aircon on it would have wasted energy). We were offered drinks and canapés is the lounge at sunset, was a nice touch. However, they had none of the ingredients for the cocktails on their menu. Some of the pool loungers needed repairing. Items on the menu were well over priced. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
