"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "

"This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all."

"Stayed in a 3-bedroom "apartment". A really lovely and spacious floorplan with (as its name suggests) three separate bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. It was so nice to be able to travel with a group, share a common living area, and have the convenience of our own separate bathrooms. There are no cooking facilities in the apartment but you can eat outside meals/snacks around the dining table. Just remember to bring your own cutlery/plates/dishwashing products etc. as only glasses/mugs are provided. The living area was huge - really impressive and airy with a lovely beachy vibe (ceiling fans only). However, each of the bedrooms had their own air-conditioning. Buffet breakfast was excellent. All staff we encountered were super friendly, efficient, and hard working... from the porter, to reception, to the restaurant (both dinner and breakfast). Our stay here exceeded our expectations.
