"I did not use the gym or the pool but I did see plenty of people out there. That's a very comfortable Roman bathroom are always clean they give you plenty of towels. Place is very quiet and safe. Hallway carpets can use some cleaning. "

"The images on the site make it appear as though it has been updated but it has not been. It is quite old and dingy. It desperately needs a good cleaning. The hot tub was Luke warm and pool was freezing. When we booked and checked in the staff advised there was a shuttle to Disney when in fact there was not. The bath tub in our room was peeling and our room smelled musty and dirty. A well run and put together breakfast was the one and only highlight. Will I ever stay here again or recommend it to other travellers? Nope, never. "

"Enjoyed the property and great proximity to restaurants, mall, beach and downtown. Disappointed at check in experience. Asked for 3 favors… get a better room thank overlooking valet a driveway, honor the $35 resort credit that hotels.com had but I didn’t have attached to my room or discount the $60 per day valet charge as I was not leaving with car for entire stay. She said no to all asks and was not very nice about any of it. Seems she was having a tough day. We used the free beach bikes which was a great hotel perk but first one had a flat soon after leaving hotel and the other bikes where not in very good condition. The hostess at hotel restaurant was also not overly friendly during our Sunday brunch visit. So many great perks and opportunities at the hotel but the staff could use some better customer service training "

"Hotel itself is nice, part is newer, part is in a historic concrete silo building which was interesting and kind of cool. Only complaint is that when I checked in at 11:30PM, there was no mention of the water being off in the building. So when I tried to shower and get ready for my job interview at 8AM, it was a trickle of scalding hot water and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk (from my cell phone because the in-room phone did not work) and the lady at the front desk basically said tough luck. Hotel itself was nice but I was very disappointed about the lack of communication about not having running water (why put someone in a room with no water??) and the response from the desk when I brought it up."
