"None of my requests prior to checking in were complete even though the hotel emailed me and aid they were (no extra or pillows in the room). I called down to get them sent up and they never came so I had to call back hours later to get them. The fridge was broken and not cool enough. I called maintenance and they never came. Called back and they came up and said these fridges don’t get cold. No conditioner in bottle. Only good thing was the food and service at the restaurant 247"
