But I had gone with one of my friends, so at first, I was so disappointed to find out that we were stuck on this island, so far away from El Nido, and that there was no boat service to and from El Nido after 5 pm. "The Garden Villa was spacious, beautiful, clean and private. Mosquito repellant was burning when we arrived and the villa was well stocked with all amenities needed for our stay. The staff was kind, quick to respond and attentive to our every need. The breakfast, brought to our villa most mornings was outstanding. "What a wonderful stay we had in the Jaglo 1 Villa. From the check-in to the checkout, everything was absolutely wonderful. The Philippines spirit of hospitality is very apparent and the staff goes out of their way to make their guests very happy. I would highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting El Nido. Be aware it is on a mountain side so very hilly. If you cannot walk comfortably up hills and down hills, you will struggle to stay at this property. Thank you again to the entire team...

""The front desk told us about a small beach that isn’t on any standard itinerary. That’s what a good staff recommendation can do, and it’s the kind of thing you won’t find on any booking website. Rooftop breakfast with the whole bay spread out in front of you. My son thought it would be funny to take photos of me eating to document the moment. I told him to stop. He didn’t. But I really like that photo. The room can fit an extra bed, though the spring frame wasn’t the most comfortable. Next time...
