"the front desk lady actually walked me to my room and went through the room features with me as I checked in alone. To the water sports attendants made me feel very welcomed and like I would do all the activities Mr. Fabian Jordan, Hotel Ambassador, definitely exceeded my expectations. He checked on me just the right amount of times where I didn’t feel bombarded with messages but I also didn’t feel forgotten.
