"Incredible stay, from start to finish. Everything is thought about, the service is impeccable and one of the best ever experienced. Beautiful rooms, food, breakfast."

"Very friendly staff, super nice room!"

"Fantastic stay! Definitely coming back! The staff were excellent and really helpful. We enjoyed the peacefulness and quietness of the place and it made us fully immerse ourselves in relaxation. If you have a chance, do the village walk with Nuh (amazing experience) and painting class with Dewa (you create your own souvenirs to take back home!)."

"This place is incredible. The jungle setting and peaceful atmosphere in nature is just amazing!!!! Staff is very nice too. "

"Everything was perfect except for food options which were limited. Lunch and dinner were very average."

"Friendly staff and very quiet and peaceful"

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The breakfast was excellent, with a semi-buffet setup offering a great selection of fresh and delicious food. "Clean room, spacious, good staff"

"Great ambiance, we stayed over a local Balinese compound with amazing views of rice paddies, the green mountain, and the blue sky. The location is not in the centre, but a perfect way to unwind and relax from daily busy. The food and service are also amazing."

"プールは、屋外ですが、清潔で、虫等もいなかった。（2泊）"

"Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible villas and beautiful pool, very nice people. Very quiet environment"

"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard. Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...

"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway"
