"Tout d'abord le taxi qui nous y a conduit depuis Sanur n'a pas pu nous déposer devant les bâtiments alors qu'il pleuvait car l'entrée est quasiment impraticable car trop étroite et avec très petit angle de braquage. Sur le profil aucune mention de l'isolement de cet hébergement avec aucun restaurant à moins de 3 km. Ensuite le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur le portail ne répondait pas. "I'll admit I wasn't thrilled the first hour after arriving, coming off a smaller, quieter private villa in Ubud and tired from an hour-long drive. That feeling didn't last. The Andaz turned out to be a genuinely excellent, quiet, high-quality stay. We booked two rooms for our family of four, which made things feel spacious (recommend this if your budget allows). Rooms had a spa-like decor, plenty of counter space, and a lovely balcony overlooking the quiet pool. The property doesn't have many pools, so if you want a big pool scene, the livelier Hyatt Regency next door (shared facilities) may suit better. Poolside service was attentive, if a bit slow. Food was a highlight: breakfast is à la carte, not buffet, and beautifully made (the mushroom pâté and soufflé pancake stood out). In-room dining was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. The shared spa and gym were serene and high-quality. Our kids loved the chef's cooking class, essentially private since they were the only two enrolled, making pandan crepes and mie goreng. WhatsApp made communicating with the hotel easy for bookings and requests. Recommend it, just give yourself a day to adjust if coming from a smaller property."

"Booked last minute and kept extending our booking for a total of six nights. Well located above the Kuta Beachwalk Mall. Incredibly clean, quiet, exception staff and amazing cocktails at happy hour. Easy walk through mall to places to eat/shop/massages. Pool large and clean. Would definitely stay again. Beds super comfortable, plenty of bottled water provided each day. Breakfast fabulous has everything you would need. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Kuta."

"What an incredible stay we had at the Kayon Jungle Resort. Myself and my partner visited as part of our honeymoon trip to Bali and we could not speak highly enough of the experience we had at this beautiful hotel. From start to finish the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel as special as could be, whether it be constantly remembering my wife’s vegan dietary requirements and supporting accordingly, or such simple things as remembering exactly what we had been up to on any given day and checking in at every moment. Nothing was too big an ask, including arrangement of private transport for our own excursions (shout out Malen our driver!) or recommendations for places to visit/do. We could not recommend this place enough, the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and the whole island. Loved it!"
