"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway"

"Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting. The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they provided a delicious birthday cake that made it extra special. Overall, an amazing stay—we would absolutely return."

The food deserves special mention—it was exceptional and honestly better than most of the restaurants in the surrounding area, both in quality and presentation. Every meal felt carefully curated and thoroughly enjoyable. The spa experience was exquisite. From the calming atmosphere to the professionalism and skill of the therapists, it was deeply relaxing and added another level of luxury to our stay. This was one of those rare experiences where everything simply felt right. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly exceptional resort experience—you won’t be disappointed."
