"I reserved a king room and paid for it a couple of days before making the trip to Rhode Island. When I checked in, I was given a queen room and no effort was made to rectify the change even when I asked. The room was clean but there was only a desk chair in the room. The bathroom did not have any hooks or places to hang a towel or clothes for showering. I was disappointed in the experience of staying at the Econo Lodge."

"For an Omni hotel, I was surprised how outdated my room was. The bathroom really needed to be renovated. It was nothing special, but very convenient for meetings at the RI Convention Center. The Convention Center was nice. Also, Fleming’s at the Omni and the coffee shop on the 2nd floor were good."

"It a great space. I was traveling for a funeral and the location was perfect from Amtrak and from the funeral home. Honestly, this facility was clean and very peaceful, just what I needed to deal with my loss. I like certainly come back to this Hilton garden inn again!"

"We love the location of the property. It's very quiet even though it is near the airport. Very close to I-9 5 which is a real bonus. The breakfast is good. It's adequate and always hot and fresh. The coffee was pretty good too. It's a good experience for Hampton inn. We wish that the hot tub was working, but maybe next time."
