"Location was great for beach, Highlands State Park and restaurants. Property however, was showing wear and condition. Plumbing fixtures dated and hard to use. Second bedroom had no blackout drapes. Also, listing was not clear that the unit is two floors with both baths and bedrooms on the lower level which required many trips up and down the stairs. "

"The master bed is very hard. The post also didnt say that the property is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It is quiet and a good layout. Nice kitchen set up. "

"The villa was beautiful. Every amenity you could imagine was in the property. The grill was fantastic. The short drive to the beach was easy and the beach was awesome! Just what we were wanting to relax and soak up some sun. I would recommend this property to others and I wouldn’t mind renting it again."
