"The carpet in our room was wet, so it left a musty smell when the AC was off. The room had only two small lamps, and one was missing the bulb when we checked in. At check-in, the receipt I signed had a lower rate than what I paid on Expedia. Also, there was a $17 parking charge."

"This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. "

"Very clean which is huge for me. Everything was great except one thing, no blackout curtains or curtains in general in the main bedroom and it was so bright at 6a."

"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"When I arrived at the hotel, the staff wasn't very friendly. They just did their job; there was no warmth or friendliness, just a simple "hi" and they focused on their computers. No welcome with a smile, nothing. They just did their job, gave me my key, and that was it."

"Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. "

"Very clean room,cleaning lady weas very good, staff at the desk wan very professional and helpful, Telma took care of the breakfast room ,very nice and became friend with my wife, the breakfast was very good and save us money by not having to buy outside and the parking was real close to the entrance.I recommended my family to go there."

"Everything was great besides are washer was broken. We packed lightly with the knowledge and washer and dryer was an included amenity. When we reported it, they said they would send maintenance up to look at it. I then received and email, it would be Monday when they could get a technician there, which was after our check out. That was my biggest issue. They were kind when I reported then will not respond to follow-emails. The resort as a whole is nice but was disappointed that they didn’t care...
