Hotels near Carillon Beach

"This "resort" was no resort. The room we booked was barely big enough for the bed, let alone walking around it. The bathroom was tiny. The TV didn't work. We spent one night because it was a very late arrival. The next morning, there was nowhere to get breakfast at the "resort" and we didn't have a vehicle. We requested a refund for the other 4 nights we had booked, and they apparently gave it to us. I have a receipt for the refund, but I have not received it to our bank account. I do NOT recommend this "resort". We moved to a Best Western Plus which was excellent, although not on the beach,"

"Good view of the beach. Small parking lot next to the building. There is additional parking across the street. Staff could have done a better job. We had no soap, no shower curtain, and no kitchen towels. Check in was a long wait. "

"Very OK hotel. We have stayed at the Fairmont across Canada and other really nice boutique hotels but The Pearl is average in comparison. No gym at this venue. Pool is smaller than those found at people’s homes. The room was very comfortable though. Shower is nice bug that’s about it. For what they charge, you are really getting a very average stay. "
