Dear Rick, Thank you for choosing our private villa for your accommodation in Pattaya. We are sorry that you thought it was a 'resort,' which we don't claim to be any kind of resort. The villa is in a residential location and is within 15 minutes walking distance (according to google maps) to convenience store and restaurants. We are sorry that you found the villa to be dirty, which is not our usual standard. The furnishings have been checked rather recently and we found nothing at all to be broken.
